Nanotechnology Master's program in Physics
at University of Tartu

Since academic year 2010/2011 in University of Tartu is opened speciality  
Nanotechnology as part of master's program in physics. Estonian education  
system uses framework of Bologna Process. It means, that in Estonia duration
of bachelor studies is 3 years and duration of master’s program is 2 years.

Courses of speciality Nanotechnology are taught mainly in Estonian, however
some courses are taught in English.

Physical Mechanics of Nanomaterials (in english)

Master Seminar in Nanotechnology ( in english)

Nanometrology (in english)

Nanoparticles and Atomic Clusters ( 70% in english )

Nanostructural Materials ( 60% in english )

Applications of Quantum Mechanics in Experimental Physics ( 50% in english )

Master`s Thesis (possible to do in english)

Applications of Nanotechnology (Course is held in estonian, however all learning materials are provided with full references to original sources in english)
